A Return to Canary Wharf
Between 2006 and 2010, Canary Wharf was my place of work. Very early on Monday morning I would catch the train from North West England, where I lived at the time, and travel into London. Back then, the train would take three hours and it was another forty to fifty minutes by tube from Euston to Canary Wharf station. I would return home each Wednesday evening and repeat the process again on the Thursday morning.
The location has changed over the years but still inspires that futuristic look that brings numerous photographers onto its shadow cast streets surrounded by huge skyscrapers and busy with business men trying to steal the next deal. It makes a great place for photographers and presents numerous opportunistic shots.
